Cancellation Policy
We ask for 24 hours notice when cancelling or rescheduling an appointment to avoid being charged up to 50% of your total service.
No Show Policy
No show appointments will be charged up to 100% of your total service.
Tip Options
Tips are accepted in the form of cash, check written out to your service provider, and venmo.
Parking
OUR recommendation. Park in the bottom level of the garage located under the movie theater on the corner of Pennsylvania and Delaware Avenue. We validate so it’s just $1 an hour.
Metered parking on the street and in the lot across the street. $2 an hour and FREE after 6 pm.
